All Blue Tiger Play Series products are covered by our one year manufacturer warranty. The terms of this warranty are displayed below.

– No Signs of Physical Damage
– Product Must Have Been Purchased Less than One Year Ago
To process a standard one year warranty claim, the above criteria must be met and verified by our claims department. You will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) that should be included with your defective product and returned, with a copy of your receipt to:

Once your product has been received and verified, your warranty claim will be processed and a replacement unit will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. NOTE: do not ship any products to Blue Tiger for exchange purposes until an RMA number has been issued, and always include your RMA/Transaction number with your shipment.
