Blue Tiger Bluetooth headsets are covered by our “no ask/hassle free” lifetime replacement program, which covers your headset no matter what happens.

Lifetime Blue Tiger Promise – Warranty Information:

Lifetime Replacement claims have no limitations on product damage, proof of purchase, registration, or date of purchase. All claims are handled on an expedited basis, meaning your replacement product will be shipped to you within 24 hours of your claim being processed. Once you receive your new headset your 1 year promise starts over.

Lifetime Promise Replacement Cost:

$39.99: Deluxe and Pro Headsets + S&H $10.00

$59.99: Elite Headsets + S&H $10.00

$64.99: Dual Elite Headset + S&H $10.00

*After the claim is processed, your replacement headset will be shipped right away, using USPS Priority (2-3 day to US addresses). The original product returned to us functions as your proof of eligibility for a Lifetime Replacement. Blue Tiger does not refurbish headsets and does not send out used equipment, either for sale or exchange.

All Blue Tiger products are covered by a full 1-year manufacturers warranty that covers all electronics parts and failures resulting from manufacturing defects.

One Year Blue Tiger Promise – Warranty Information:
– You own a Blue Tiger Bluetooth Headset and it has been less than 1 year from the date of purchase.
– Expedited Shipping: You Pay for Expedited Shipping, and We Ship You a New Replacement Headset and Prepaid Return Label Within 24 Business Hours.
– Standard: You Send us the Headset and upon receiving it, we repair the unit and ship back to you. If under the circumstances we cannot repair the headset, we ship you a new replacement headset and the whole process takes about 3-5 business days from the time we receive it.
